Our products have a limited lifetime (unless specified otherwise) non-transferable warranty for the original owner against defects in materials or workmanship when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, negligence, unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.

To be eligible for a return:
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs, including any fees that may apply for returning your item. Shipping costs, customs, duties and taxes are non-refundable. Shipping fees may be waived on a case-by-case basis.
We strongly advise our customers to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for the return shipping. Please send us the returned package tracking number via email, so we can track the package status.
We will cover the shipping cost (customs, duties and taxes not included) of the repaired / replacement item sent back to you.
Once we have received your item, our repair specialist will inspect it and notify you of our findings which include:
Once the repair is done, we will proceed to ship the repaired item to you. However, in rare cases where it is deemed unrepairable by our specialists, we will then mail you a brand new one at no cost (if stock is still available), or we will offer you a credit of the same value which you can use to purchase other products from our store. We will also accept refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
