Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, social media platforms or telephone, if applicable.

Domestic shipping policy
Domestic shipping applies to all Singapore orders.



International shipping policy
We are currently shipping to most major cities in Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and the United States.



Generally, international orders could take anywhere between 3 to 20 business days before arriving at the destination, subject to location and accessibility.



Shipping delays

Kindly note that delivery delays can occasionally occur. We have no control over the delivery time taken by courier companies as well as customs delays. Please note that the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the logistics industries significantly. However, we are monitoring and managing the situation closely with our courier partners and we urge all customers to work with us during this trying time to make the shipping process as smooth as possible.



No delivery zones

We do not ship to PO boxes, restricted areas such as Changi Airport (transit and departure area), Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island), APO/FPO/DPO addresses, hotels as well as areas specified in our courier partner’s policies.



Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.



Customs, duties and taxes

We are not responsible for any customs, duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, value-added taxes, etc.). There may be times where additional information is needed from you to clear your shipment through customs. Please ensure your information in checkout is accurate and customs is able to reach you during the delivery window, if necessary.



Damages, inaccuracies and other exclusions

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we will work with our customer diligently to resolve this. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or us to file a claim.


Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


If the shipping address provided is wrong, the customer will be responsible to cover the re-shipping fees. Additional charges may apply if a change of address is requested after the package is shipped or in transit.
